Successful Immigration

I recently read about the lives of Randy Ertll and Sopheap Ly, They becamesuccessful people, and achieved their hopes and dreams. by hard work perhaps more than other people.
Randy and Sopheap were both immigrant to America,here they got their education.If they met a difficulty,they resolved it.both had golds,so they became successful immigrants.
Both Randy and Sopheap were successful, but they had differences.First of all, Randy came from El Salvodro at 5 years of age,Sopheap came from Cambodia at 16 years of age, Randy was younger than Sopheap, when he came to America.Second, Randy got 4 years of college education and a Bachelor's degree. Sopheap took 8 years of university education and the Doctor's degree.Sopheap has more education than Randy.Third,both Randy and Sopheap had golds,But Randy's goals were to encourage people, especially the poor and give them hope.Sopheap's goals were to encourage people to dream big dreams and go forward with their education. so we are immigrants too, and Randy and Sopheap are our sample, we must each study hard to become a successful person.

what do the ESLR's meat to you Personaly

The ESLR's are our school's special for immigrants to help them function quickly in American society or anywhere else.
Through our class ESLR's teacher teach students how to speak, read. listen and writ. In my opinion, a immigrant had great problems in conversation,If she can't have speaking and listening skills she can't go to the "DMV" test and get a drive license, she can't go to the bank and do anything that is terrible so I come to El Monte Adult school to study English. This is a difficult language for me, because I am from China. American culture is different from my country of origin .that explains are differences, but if I study hard and continue to study along the way ,I will be an effective communicator.
Being Problem Solvers is harder than Effective communicators, It takes fullness of English and expertise to be a problem solver. I believe in perseverance in study and trying the library and internet to meet my need, if I meet a problem and find differences of opinion, I can speak my mind to other people, if I have these skills, I will be a great successful person.
Lifelong Learner is a term to encourage people to continue studies toward new knowledge or skills, because if people don't continue studies, knowledge will die out of the world. so we need a plan, a goal, let us go forward toward the goal .Now I have a goal. It is this: I hope to become an accountant in America, I was an accountant in China,I only have this ability , I recently read the Randy Erill and Sopheap Le stories. They give me courage and a dream. I will continue to study and forward toward my goal .

MY GOALS

In this new year,I have some new goals,because last week,I had a body text,the Doctor called me and said my body text results are terrible so I will have a health goal. First of all, I will continue walking to school and do exercise 3 times/week,because I am a lazy women, do exercise is very hand for me.second I will drink more water each day.finally I won't eat meat everyday any more,I know eat more vegetable is health than meat.if I keep my goal this year,I will have a best body.
