MY GOALS
In this new year,I have some new goals,because last week,I had a body text,the Doctor called me and said my body text results are terrible so I will have a health goal. First of all, I will continue walking to school and do exercise 3 times/week,because I am a lazy women, do exercise is very hand for me.second I will drink more water each day.finally I won't eat meat everyday any more,I know eat more vegetable is health than meat.if I keep my goal this year,I will have a best body.

Health is very important. Eating right can be difficult at first, but soon it makes a person feel so much better. Congratulations on your new lifestyle.
